Anjali: “You know, mom, when people die, and they go to God, I don’t think they stay with God forever.”
Me: “Why not?”
Anjali: “Because I think he sends the person back to earth, to become an animal or something else.”
Me: “Hmmm.”
Anjali: “And then if that person goes into an animal’s tummy to become its baby, and then you decide that that animal shouldn’t have the baby… like if we decided that Zoe (our labradoodle) shouldn’t have babies, then that person would go back to God.”
Me: “Hmmm. So now would that person stay with God?”
Anjali: “No. They would keep going back to earth and then back to God.”
Me: “Would they do that forever?”
Anjali: “No…. When the heart has done everything it has to do, then it will go back to God. And then it will be with God forever.”
